There's a chance of us accelerating this schedule if the crypto market rally accelerates, but we cannot delay the ICO past September 30th, without risking losing several large real estate deals which are conditioned on us tokenizing and listing Unicoin in the Third Quarter of this year. 

Risks always exist but, we expect all unicoins and Unicoin shares to be publicly traded by the end of this year. (Expect the coins or shares which their owners may voluntarily lock into interest-generating agreements.)

The crypto market is very favorable and is expected to improve, just like it did after all previous Bitcoin halving events.

The primary reason we scheduled the ICOs on the final day of the Q3 of 2024 is to fully benefit from the massive advertising campaigns we are deploying.
