1/ Yesterday, I met with Sr. Executives of NASDAQ in regard to our Direct Listing. They assured me that NASDAQ will be pleased to list Unicoin, once the SEC approves our pending S-1 form.
We have not yet made the choice of which exchange to list our shares at but we are comparing "the pros and cons" of the exchanges.
3/ Last Friday, we had a big staff meeting in our office @ 1 World Trade Center, followed by a boat cruise where we interacted with some reporters and investors. Let me share a few pictures with you.
