1/ In my earlier announcement about the limited Offer of Unicoin stock to our coin holders, I accidentally wrote May instead of June. I apologize for the inconvenience. 

The final day to apply is June 11, 2024, assuming that some of the 10M shares remain by that time.

2/ We have retained two investment banks to assist us with getting listed on NASDAQ or NYSE. I'll provide more info in my next updates.

3/ In regard to my recent letter about a libelous article about Unicoin, I'm pleased to share with you this retraction:
